90% of respondents who recalled reading online reviews claimed these positive online reviews influenced their buying decisions, while 86% said buying decisions were also influenced by negative online reviews. “I just wanted to send you a note regarding the solar install that was done Monday-Tuesday by Nick and his team at our home in Sun City Festival. I know businesses usually only hear from customers when things are bad but I wanted you to know how pleased I was with the professionalism of your team. Nick was really, really good in customer service. He explained everything that was going to happen to make sure there were no misunderstandings…he let me know when they were leaving for lunch….he explained how the wiring would be run on the outside of our house, he sent me pictures after the job was done etc. Obviously, someone has either trained him and his team very well or he was just that way when your company hired him. Or perhaps a combination of both. In today’s world where customer service is critical to business you certainly have a great team representing your company. I have already, at two neighborhood events, told this story to other homeowners. When I get someone really interested in solar, I will definitely let them know how great our experience was.”
